THE MUSIC FESTIVAL in MARCH 2018

 

Cost per class:  Mex $650.- pesos / USD $35.-

3 class package: Mex $1,700.- pesos / USD $95.-

 

First Class

When: Thursday 15th - 11 AM

Where: “Majahua” Restaurant (south end of the bay)

Menu:  “Cochinita Pibil” using Yaka instead of meat. We will make tacos, Mexican style rice and Yaka bread for dessert.

 

Second Class

When:  Friday 16th - 11 AM     

Where:  “Villa Carolyna” in Orofino    

Menu: “Salmorejo Andaluz style”  (cold tomato soup),

“Torta huasteca”, Water Kefir with fruit  (fermented drink high in probiotics excellent for gastrointestinal health and reinforces the immunological system) and dessert is vegan chocolate mousse.

 

Third Class

When: Saturday 17th - 11 AM

Where: “Villa Carolyna” in Orofino    

Menu: Red Sauce “Chicharrón budín", Chicharrón Lasagna in Green sauce and dessert is “Catalan cream”.
